Ever heard:
“Garbage In, Garbage Out” or “You are what you eat”?
We don’t gain weight overnight, but rather its a slow accumulation of poor food choices. Most of us believe this to be true.
But what about “you are what you think”? Perhaps not. But you should “think” about that….
Thoughts are the fuel for our mind. Feed it with the wrong stuff, and you end up in a place you perhaps never thought you would be.
Feed it with the right stuff, and you can “become anything you set your mind to”, regardless of your circumstances.
In every situation you can think about it negatively or positively; constructive or destructive. If your mind diet consists of negative and destructive thoughts, you will most definitely see those results in your life.
One of my favorite quotes is from Henry Ford:
“Whether you think you can or can’t, you are still right.”
It’s all a state of mind…your mind…your choice…choose your brain “food” carefully.
